Assess your own falls risk and stand up to falling down! Join us for a FREE Falls Prevention Awareness Day event for the whole community that includes: Health and Balance Screenings, Fitness Demonstrations, Home Safety Checks and Modifications, Medication Review, Family Caregiver Support, Refreshments and Giveaways, and Walk with a Doc at 10 a.m. Take a stand to prevent falls. Join us and bring a loved one!
