   Robin Yocum has spent 40 years in the field of communications, having played on both sides of the ball. He was a reporter for 13 years, most notably as an award-winning crime and investigative reporter with the Columbus Dispatch. He has operated his own public relation and marketing company, Yocum Communications, for more than 20 years.
 
Robin will be the guest speaker at the First Friday breakfast on March 4. He will discuss the changing dynamics of communications in the digital age. This will include how small businesses can take advantage of all forms of communications - digital and print - to build customer relationships.
