Her passion for helping others achieve their goals and not settle for a "ho-hum life" led her to create her business, Your Development Resource, where she works primarily with women in business to gain confidence, learn strategies to overcome overwhelm, and create action plans to see wins faster and more consistently.
 
Amy holds a bachelor's degree in Education from The Ohio State University and a masters' degree in Business Psychology from Franklin University. Favorite pastimes include hanging out with her boys, working out, and listening to podcasts/reading about personal and professional development.
