Lori Niese Duguid
Deputy Director
ODOT District 6 - Topic: Highway Transportation Impacting Regional  Economic Development
                                                                                                                                                                           
Lori Niese Duguid serves as the Deputy Director for the Ohio Department of Transportation’s District 6 office. She has been in this role since October 2020. Lori has nearly 25 years of experience in the industry, primarily in traffic and transportation, with an emphasis on multimodal planning and emerging technology, with experience in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Lori rejoined ODOT from the consultant community. This is her second return to ODOT, previously working in Modeling and Forecasting at Central Office. Lori is a graduate of The Ohio State University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering. Her private sector experience has mostly been at Michael Baker International where she has served as Project Manager, Department Manager, Office Manager, and Associate Vice President.
